China reports 34 new Covid-19 cases; 20 in Xinjiang

BEIJING, July 25 (Xinhua): Chinese health authority said Saturday that it received reports of 34 new confirmed Covid-19 (coronavirus) cases on the Chinese mainland Friday, 29 of which were domestically transmitted.

Of the domestically transmitted cases, 20 were reported in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and nine were in Liaoning Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report.
