Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan, also chairman of the ONWR board, said on Wednesday (July 22) that he has come up with a direct water-management plan for many areas by providing funds to dig wells to store rainwater for use during droughts.
At a meeting on Wednesday, 27,275 water projects proposed by 30 divisions from 10 ministries were approved under a budget of Bt100 billion.
