Scientists’ group resignations under probe


BEIJING: The State Council, China’s Cabinet, has sent an investigative team with other government agencies to look into the recent resignation of over 90 nuclear security scientists at an institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), said the academy.

The team consists of officials from the State Council’s general office, the Science and Technology Ministry, the CAS and other departments.
