HONG KONG, July 18 (dpa): Hong Kong on Saturday set new conditions for incoming travellers from countries deemed high risk, which mean arrivals need an official certificate to prove they have tested negative for Covid-19.

The new measures, effective from midnight (1600 GMT) next Saturday, were announced as Hong Kong grapples to stop a new wave of infections spreading, with dozens of new cases being reported daily.
