BANGKOK (Xinhua): Thai Finance Minister Uttama Savanayana announced late Wednesday (July 15) that he will resign from his position on Thursday, adding that leader of the economic team Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak will also resign.
Other ministers to follow suit include Energy Minister Sontirat Sontijirawong, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Suvit Maesincee and deputy secretary general to the Prime Minister for political affairs Kobsak Pootrakool.
