Malacanang announced that the government’s task force on Covid-19 pandemic has temporarily removed the “new normal” classification in its community quarantine phases as it aims to keep coronavirus lockdowns in place for now.
“For now, there will be no new normal. This means that all areas in the Philippines will stay under community quarantine,” Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said in a televised press briefing yesterday.
