MANILA (Xinhua/ANN): The number of Covid-19 (coronavirus) cases in the Philippines rose to 21,895 after the Department of Health (DOH) reported 555 new infections on Sunday (June 7).

The DOH said in a daily bulletin that the number of recoveries further climbed to 4,530 after 89 more patients were healed.
