SEOUL (Xinhua): South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha on Wednesday (June 3) expressed deep regret to her Japanese counterpart Toshimitsu Motegi over Japan's export curbs on South Korea.
Kang held a phone conversation with Motegi earlier in the day to exchange opinion on issues of mutual concern, according to Seoul's foreign ministry.
