Thailand closes Sadao border until May 30 after Covid-19 cases on Malaysian side


BANGKOK (The Nation/ANN): The Padang Besar Customs House located in Songkhla province on the border with Malaysia has been closed for three days after six people who entered the office on the Malaysian side tested positive for Covid-19.

The Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur said that Padang Besar Customs House in Malaysia was closed to be sanitised, blocking passage of people from May 28-30.
