Toyota to recall 127 vehicles in China


BEIJING, July 4 (Xinhua): The Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co will recall 127 vehicles from the Chinese market to prevent possible fires due to electrical short circuits, according to the country's top quality watchdog.

The recall, set to begin on July 24, will involve Crown models manufactured between Dec 4, 2009, and Dec 20, 2010, said a statement on the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
