Asean ready to plan for 2034 World Cup bid


KUALA LUMPUR: Asean is preparing to make a bid to host the 2034 World Cup.

Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the 10 nations which attended Thursday’s Asean Ministerial Meeting on Sports in Kuala Lumpur had agreed to conduct a feasibility study in their bid to jointly host the 2034 World Cup.
