KL Monorail services need to be revamped


THE ridership for KL Monorail has increased these past two years and as such commuters have experienced increasingly long and frustrating queues at the monorail stations during peak hours.

Two years ago, KL Monorail had promised to introduce the four-car coaches similar to the Putra LRT to alleviate the congestion problem at its major stations namely Hang Tuah, Raja Chulan, Bukit Bintang, Imbi and KL Sentral.
