SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a man who allegedly dressed up as a woman to peep inside the toilet at ITE College West in Choa Chu Kang.
Responding to queries from The Straits Times, a police spokesman said it received a call about noon on Monday requesting for assistance at an educational institute along Choa Chu Kang Grove.
