Johor declares March 23 public holiday replacing Nov 22

JOHOR BARU: The Johor government announced March 23 as an annual public holiday from this year in place of Nov 22 which has been the public holiday in conjunction with the birthday of the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim.
