Govt did not breach Selangor water deal, Ongkili tells Azmin

KUALA LUMPUR: Putrajaya has not breached the water agreement with the Selangor state government, said Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili (pic).

The Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister noted that the deal had not come into force due to Selangor’s failure to fulfil certain conditions precedent.
