GEORGE TOWN: The Penang state government says it has no knowledge of a "nude sports" event alleged to have been held at a beach off Teluk Bahang here.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) said that the state would not even approve a casino for Penang, let alone a nude sports event.

A video, entitled "Penang Nude Sports Games", was posted about two months ago on video sharing site Vimeo and has since gone viral.

The video depicts a group of 18 nudists participating in physical activities at a secluded beach off Teluk Bahang.

"We'll let the police investigate the matter," Lim said in a press conference at Komtar on Tuesday.
