Tengku Adnan: I know the plight of the homeless

KUALA LUMPUR: Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor has hit back at his critics, saying that he understands exactly what the homeless go through living on the streets.

He said he had spent a lot of time mingling with homeless people before deciding to impose the 2km ban on soup kitchens in the city centre recently.
