Malaysian artist creates portrait of World Cup 2014 stars with soccer ball


PETALING JAYA: The 2014 World Cup kicks off at 4am, Friday and Malaysian artist Red Hong Yi has marked the occasion by painting the portraits of three stars of this year’s competition with a soccer ball.

“I think my painting skills are OK, but my soccer skills are questionable as you can see from the video,” wrote Hong Yi on her Facebook page of her latest masterpiece which depicts Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, Brazil’s Neymar and Argentina’s Lionel Messi.
