Teresa Kok to go to court over video clip


KUALA LUMPUR: Seputeh MP Teresa Kok is expected to be charged with sedition at the Jalan Duta High Court at 9.30am today over her Onederful Malaysia CNY 2014 video.

City deputy CID chief Asst Comm Khairi Ahrasa confirmed that Kok would be hauled to court and that police had wrapped up investigations into the video under Section 505 (B) of the Penal Code and Section 233 (1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act.
