Chinese groups unite against hudud proposal

KUALA LUMPUR: Chinese guilds and associations are joining MCA in rejecting the proposal to implement hudud law in Kelantan.

MCA and the organisations unanimously resolved to reject such a move, as proposed by PAS via a Private Member’s Bill to be tabled in Parliament, said party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
