KUALA LUMPUR: The Prime Minister has contended that a civil suit against him, his deputy and the Government seeking a declaration that 523 Tamil schools be fully aided was wrongly filed.
They said the lawsuit should be filed at the Appellate and Special Powers division of the High Court and not the civil court.
