SIBU: Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) has made several changes to this year’s Borneo Talent Award (BTA), among them is that non-Malaysians can now take part.
Organising chairperson councillor Wong Hie Ping told at a press conference yesterday that foreigners could take part by going through the audition first, similar to local participants before they could qualify for the grand finale.
