KUCHING: Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) students have been conducting “clandestine” customer service quality checks on Standard Chartered Bank, as part of a new collaboration between the two institutions.
Students are going to the bank’s branches acting like clients and quizzing staff on a range of issues.
