IN CELEBRATING the culinary traditions of Kelantan, The Chicken Rice Shop recently introduced its own version of Ayam Percik Kelantan as its star attraction for Ramadan and Hari Raya.
The dish, created exclusively for The Chicken Rice Shop by local celebrity chef Datuk Chef Ismail Ahmad, is available until Sept 1.
