THE artworks of prolific cartoonist Datuk Mohamed Noor Khalid, or better known as Lat, will soon be featured at the Ipoh Padang.
Datuk Bandar Datuk Roshidi Hashim said the 62-year-old Perak-born cartoonist had agreed in principal to display his famous cartoons on murals at the field as a way to promote Ipoh.
