Hotelier brings 25 years of experience to Silka Maytower

DORSETT Hospitality International appointed its Silka Maytower Hotel & Serviced Residences, Kuala Lumpur general manager, Henry Loo, recently.

Loo, who brings along with him more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, will be responsible for the daily operations and overall management of the hotel, in addition to maintaining yearly budgets, yield and revenue management, business plans and setting key performance objectives for various departments.
