SIX cows and two goats were slaughtered at the Ipoh Fire and Rescue Department recently in the sacrificial ritual of korban to celebrate Hari Raya Haji.

About 180 firemen from throughout Perak gathered at the department on Jalan Kompleks Sukan to take part in the programme.
