KOTA KINABALU: A flyover is needed to ease traffic congestion due to the rapid development in Putatan.
Sabah Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Yahya Hussin who is also Petagas assemblyman, said the main road to Putatan is used by residents from Tenom, Keningau and Papar and other areas to reach the city centre.
