Eatery operators in Klang told to install grease traps or risk losing their licence

Must-have device: The grease trap is connected to the sink to prevent oily substance from going into the drain.

EATERIES in Klang that have yet to instal grease traps after being compounded for the offence earlier will have their licences revoked.

The Klang Municipal Council (MPK) has issued 49 compound notices so far this year to operators who flouted the grease trap regulation.
