SENTRAL College in Penang has a total of 23 Star Education Fund scholarship awards worth RM388,500 for students taking up three education programmes in the institution.
The best thing about these scholarships is that they are all bond-free. Students will not be bonded upon graduating and will be free to pursue their dreams, said Sentral Technology College administrator May Tang.
