Tune Ins still eyeing Asean market

KUALA LUMPUR: Tune Ins Holdings Bhd will continue to focus on expanding its business through acquisitions and joint ventures in Asean countries so long as the collaboration partner is right and gives value to its shareholders.

Chief executive officer Junior Cho said that although Tune Ins had decided to terminate the conditional binding offer for the acquisition of Indonesia-based insurance firm PT Asuransi Staco Mandiri recently, the company would still proceed with its strategy in Indonesia and Asean by engaging with various parties, including airlines. – Bernama
