KidZania franchise heading to Singapore


PETALING JAYA: Boustead Holdings Bhd and Themed Attractions and Resorts Sdn Bhd (TAR), the leisure arm of Khazanah Nasional Bhd, are expanding the KidZania franchise to Singapore.

The group said in a filing with the stock exchange yesterday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Curve Sdn Bhd had entered into an agreement with TAR, a unit of Cameron Highlands Holdings Sdn Bhd, and whose parent is Khazanah, to form a joint-venture company known as Rakan Riang Pte Ltd.
