Perwaja continues to bump along in its quest to turn things around


The board reshuffle at ailing steel-maker Perwaja Holdings Bhd heralds another attempt at rehabilitating the company that has long struggled to return to profitability.

According to insiders, the changes came about following the departure of Ravi Manchanda (pic) from Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd, the private vehicle of Tan Sri Abu Sahid which controls Perwaja.
