Mah Sing plans RM4bil projects in Klang Valley, Johor, Penang and Sabah


KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd is targeting to launch projects worth RM4bil this year despite the property market’s subdued sentiment, focusing on the Klang Valley, Johor, Penang and Sabah.

After its EGM, group managing director-cum-chief executive officer Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum told reporters the gross development value (GDV) would consist of RM2.3bil in the Klang Valley, RM1.1bil in Johor, RM294mil in Penang and RM285mil in Sabah.
