Ninian set to complete MBf buyout MBf’s controlling shareholder reaches threshold required to take over company


PETALING JAYA: MBf Holdings Bhd’s controlling shareholder Tan Sri Dr Ninian Mogan Lourdenadin has finally reached the threshold required to complete his buyout of the company, after garnering a total of 571.29 million shares, which works out to 98.92% of the company.

This is above the 98.9% shareholding acceptance that he had needed to compulsorily acquire all the balance shares.
