Schlage has integrated Amazon into a smart lock to let people in while you're out

This week lock manufacturer Schlage announced the Zigbee-certified Schlage Connect Smart Deadbolt with Amazon Key compatibility. 

Schlage, which has been making locks for nearly a hundred years, on Wednesday revealed its first Zigbee-certified smart lock, a designation allowing for the Connect Smart Deadbolt to work with Amazon Key when paired with the Amazon Cloud Cam. With this new collaboration, home owners can lock and unlock their doors (as well as other operations) both without a key and while away from home.
