Get a laptop experience out of your 9.7in iPad with Logitech's new Bluetooth keyboard.

Bought the new 9.7in iPad but in need of a physical keyboard? Logitech is introducing the Slim Folio Bluetooth keyboard which even has space to store the Apple Pencil.

“The fifth-generation iPad is Apple’s most affordable iPad to date, but there's still a learning curve to type on the new device if you’re used to a laptop or desktop keyboard,” says Logitech country manager for Malaysia Richard Sim.

It has edge-to-edge spaced keys, iOS shortcut buttons, four-year battery life and a protective fabric cover. The iOS shortcut keys are for multitasking, app switching, search function, Homescreen and volume control.

Sim says the Slim Folio's typing angle has been optimised for a comfortable angle when typing on a desk or viewing content from your lap.

The keyboard is powered by replaceable coin cell batteries and saves battery. The batteries are claimed to last four years because the smart power management system ensures that the keyboard only turns on when the tablet is put into a typing position.

The Logitech Slim Folio is priced at RM449 and will be available locally starting next Wednesday (Sept 19) in Apple Premium Resellers like Machines and Switch.
