Celcom users to face disruption from May 20 to 21 due to billing system upgrade

The upgrading activity may affect all Celcom postpaid and prepaid customers who registered before Jan 29, 2018.

Celcom prepaid and postpaid users take note. There will be a disruption in some of its services from May 20 (8am) to May 21 (6am) due to works on upgrading its billing system.

Services that will be temporarily unavailable from May 20 (8am) to May 21 (6am) include bill payment, online customer service, Celcom Online Store and Mobile Apps, SIM card replacement and other value added services.
