In conjunction with the reopening of Samsung's Premium Care Centre in Plaza Low Yat, the company is offering 30% discount for its services, including fixes and warranties.

According to a post on Samsung Malaysia's website, this promo runs until May 31 and is only applicable if redeemed at the Premium Care Centre on Level 4 of Plaza Low Yat in Kuala Lumpur.

During the promo period, repair and labour fees will be discounted by 30% for out-of-warranty Samsung smartphones and tablets purchased in the country – however, units purchased overseas will not accepted.

Customers who recently purchased their smart devices will also get a 30% discount to extend their warranty though the price would depend on the device and plan.

There are three options – the Smart Warranty will extend the standard warranty for another year, the Screen Protection covers one incident of the screen cracking due to accidental damage and Protection Plus which is a combination of both.

This discount for the warranty is only available if you purchased your device in the last 30 days.

As the offer is exclusive to Samsung Members app users, you have to redeem the offer via the Samsung Members app and present the code to a Customer Service Officer for verification.

Also, redemption is available on a first-come-first-served basis or while stocks last.
