Several hundred patient Apple customers wait in line at the Apple store on Lincoln Road in on Sept. 16, 2016 Miami Beach for the release of the new iPhone 7, which went on sale nationwide on Friday. Critics of Apple used to point to its US$250bil (RM977.62bil)-plus mountain of cash, much of it held overseas, and its relatively puny research and development budget and say, "Get spending!"
