A restaurant in California requiring absolutely zero human interaction has recently set its sights on conquering the East Coast, opening two locations each in both New York City and Washington.
At Eatsa, which would be fully automated if not for the kitchen chefs, customers can tap out their order into a tablet, and then voila – it appears in one of a dozen lit-up boxes, with the customer's name flashing across the designated cubby's window.
