Webe users are expected to enjoy speeds of up to 300Mbps by the end of 2017 as part of its nationwide rollout roadmap. This is almost triple its current speeds.

At the media briefing held this morning, Webe chief technology officer Shurish Subramaniam said this will be made possible by combining the use of both FDD (frequency division duplex) and TDD (time division duplex) through carrier aggregation.
