The studio behind the Saints Row and Red Faction franchises, Volition, has debuted new game "Agents of Mayhem" by way of a four minute CGI announcement trailer. 

With Saints Row its most recent ongoing concern, the team has gained a reputation for concocting chaotic and sometimes surreal sandbox experiences.
