'Call of Duty' blasts past US$10bil in sales

SAN FRANCISCO: Blockbuster military shooter videogame Call of Duty has blasted past US$10bil (RM33.56bil) in lifetime sales, propelled by demand for the latest instalment in the 11-year-old franchise. 

Activision Publishing said that the launch of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare outshone debuts of other games as well as films, books or albums released this year.
