GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here sentenced three men to death on Thursday for trafficking a total of 228.5gm drugs on April 27 last year at a car park in a hypermarket in Alma, Bukit Mertajam.
Coffee shop owner Khor Soon Lee, 38, unemployed Tiow Chin Hee, 49, and shop worker Tan Hun Wah, were found guilty trafficking 212.5gm of heroin and 16gm of monocetylmorphine.
Judicial Commissioner Mohd Amin Firdaus Abdullah, in his decision, said the three men failed to cast reasonable doubt over the case.
