Realising the potential for growth within the area situated between Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Cyberjaya, Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd (PAMB) recently opened its latest branch office in Puchong.
Located at Setiawalk Galleria Puchong, the new Puchong branch office is PAMB’s 42nd branch office in Malaysia as well as the company’s ninth branch office within the Klang Valley.
Commenting on the opening of the Puchong branch, PAMB’s chief operation officer, Tan Liling said, “Puchong is one of the fastest growing hotspots in the Klang Valley with enormous potential for growth.
“With the ongoing rapid developments in the surrounding areas, infrastructure and connectivity to neighbouring areas such as Seri Kembangan and Cyberjaya, which are touted to be the next golden triangle, we believe the Puchong branch will not only help us to cater to the needs of our existing customers residing in Puchong but also serve as a gateway for us to capture the immense growth opportunities presented by the growing population within the area of Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Cyberjaya.”
The new branch office consists of two adjoining lots, each occupying six floors with a combined gross floor area of 18,000sq ft.
It is equipped with two training halls which can accommodate between 40 and 60 people, breakout area, customer service area, WiFi service, agency offices as well as a work area for outstation agency leaders to continue with their day-to-day work while meeting with their agents there.
The branch office also uses LED lighting instead of conventional lights and halogen and T5 light tubes to replace normal fluorescent lighting as part of PAMB’s move to efficiently reduce its carbon footprint and promote a greener and energy-saving environment.
