IN MALAYSIA, festive celebrations are always joyous occasions for families, and what makes it special this year is the double celebration of the independence of our nation and Hari Raya at the same time.
Families who are expecting a newborn this Raya would already have more reasons to celebrate. Adding to their joy, Johnson’s Baby will be giving out a baby care special gift set to families who are having Merdeka Raya babies this year across 34 hospitals nationwide.
One thousand units of Johnson’s Baby Jumbo gift set exclusively put together in a festive packaging will be given to babies delivered on the first and second day of Hari Raya and Merdeka Day at the selected hospitals.
“Welcoming a new life during Hari Raya is like receiving double blessings; what makes it even more special this year is that these Raya babies will be sharing the same birthday as the country.
“Therefore, we want to congratulate expecting mothers and their families by giving them Johnson’s baby gift sets, filled with baby care products, so as to give the best for baby from the moment they are born,” said Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Sdn Bhd Joyce Lee.
“Besides, it will be a load off their minds for mothers and family members knowing that Johnson’s baby products are readily available when their babies arrive, giving them more time to bond with baby. Johnson’s baby wants to be with Malaysian mothers during this special time to share their pride and joy,” she added.
Aisyah Vasana Nai, 28, mother to Arween Farena Eleya, four, and Arween Qaisara Raudah, one.
Aisyah is excited about taking both her children back to Alor Setar and it is their first Merdeka Raya.
“I have prepared many clothes for this Merdeka Raya. On the first day of Raya, we will go for prayers and after that we will go round the kampung to visit our friends and family members.
“As for the second day, which is Merdeka Day, we will be celebrating the birth of our nation by waving our flag!”
