Astro Holdings completes acquisition of shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Astro Holdings Sdn Bhd (AHSB) has completed the compulsory acquisition of all the remaining offer shares which were not already owned by it pursuant to the offer at RM4.30 apiece.

In a statement, Astro All Asia Networks plc (Astro) said in view of the situation, its 7th annual general meeting on July 30 would be a private meeting between it and its sole shareholder, AHSB. — Bernama
