Axis REITs plans RM350m assets purchase

KUALA LUMPUR: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust plans to acquire about RM350mil worth of assets in 2013, which will increase its current portfolio of RM1.5bil by 20%.

Its chief executive officer Datuk Steward LaBrooy said on Tuesday the company was more interested to buy industrial space in high growth areas such as Johor Baru and Shah Alam.
