Daewoo gets RM665m job from KLCCP

KUALA LUMPUR: Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co Ltd has secured a RM665mil project from KLCC Property Holdings Bhd (KLCCP) for the latter’s mixed development project in Kuala Lumpur.

KLCCP said on Wednesday that its unit, Arena Merdu Sdn Bhd had awarded the contract for the superstructure main contract works to Daewoo.

KLCCP said the contract sum would be financed from its own funds and borrowings. The contract period for completion was October 2011.
